How to Buy From Joyagoo: A First Order, Start to Finish
Last updated
Joyagoo isn't a shop. It buys from Chinese sellers for you, keeps what arrives in its warehouse, and sends it abroad when you say so. That makes a first order feel like two purchases: one for the goods, paid straight away, and one for international shipping, paid only after the parcel is packed. The eight steps below follow both, using the status names you will actually see in your account.
Every product in the Joyagoo Spreadsheet already opens on Joyagoo with its Weidian ID loaded, which takes care of the fiddliest part of step 2. If what you want lives in a Yupoo album or with a WeChat seller instead, the DIY Order note in that same step is the route.
1. Create a Joyagoo account
Create an account at joyagoo.com with email, Google or Apple. New accounts are given a 1,200 CNY pack of shipping coupons, which sits in your account until your first parcel. Had a JoyaBuy account? It moved to Joyagoo with the rename, so sign in rather than registering again. Open a Joyagoo account.
2. Put the product on Joyagoo
From a card here, tap the Joyagoo button and the listing opens on joyagoo.com with the seller's variants ready to pick. Found something elsewhere? Paste its Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or Weidian link into Joyagoo's search bar. For Xianyu, Yupoo or WeChat sellers there is no link to paste, so use DIY Order and enter the item, price and seller details yourself.
3. Choose the variant and write remarks
Select colour, size and quantity. Size from measurements rather than the letter: lay a garment you own flat, measure it, and compare with the chart on the listing. The remarks box carries anything the buyer needs to tell the seller. Before you confirm, decide on the Remove Packaging option; it strips the retail box so the parcel stays small, which matters most for shoes. Personalised or made-to-order items can't be returned later, so check those twice.
4. Pay for the goods (payment one)
Checkout covers the item price and the seller's delivery inside China. Joyagoo adds no service fee. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Alipay work, and so do regional methods: BLIK, Przelewy24 and PayU in złoty, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Multibanco, PIX and others. PayPal is available, though not for orders from branded shops. If a payment bounces, top up your balance another way and pay from it. The order shows Payment Pending until the money lands.
5. Wait for it to reach the warehouse
Watch the order move: Order Pending, Order Processing, Purchased (Joyagoo has paid the seller), Seller Sent (it is on the way to the warehouse) and finally Stored in Warehouse. How long this takes depends mostly on the seller. Storage is free for 90 days from the stored date and can be extended at 10 CNY per 30 days; anything left past its storage time may be disposed of.
6. Inspect the intake photos
Each item is photographed when it is checked in, 3–7 shots at no cost, and staff check colour, size and visible damage. Electronics are only looked at, not switched on. Blurry shot? Ask for a free re-shoot. For detail work, such as stitching, glue, a zipper or the sole edge, order detailed photos at $0.22 each (up to 20). If something is wrong and the seller accepts returns, you have 5 days from the stored date to request a return or exchange; budget about $0.75 handling plus the return freight.
7. Submit a parcel and pick a line
Tick the stored items that should ship together and submit them as a parcel. Lines fall into postal (GD-EMS, GD-EUB and similar), express (DHL) and Joyagoo's own Europe, USA and UK lines; as a rough guide air takes 10–20 days, rail 40–60 and sea 45–85. Size counts as well as weight: on most lines, once a side reaches 60 cm, you pay on L × W × H ÷ 6000. Add rehearsal packing ($3) to have the parcel packed and weighed before you commit, and shipping insurance if you want loss or damage covered.
8. Apply a coupon, pay shipping, track
At the parcel payment, pick one coupon from your pack: it comes off the shipping fee only, and coupons don't stack, so save the rest for later parcels. Pay, and that is payment two. If the packed parcel turns out heavier than estimated, Joyagoo asks for the difference before dispatch. After Parcel Packing it moves to Shipped (International) with a tracking number in the parcel details.
The FAQ picks up what this walkthrough leaves out: how the coupon pack is split, what happens when a parcel costs more than expected, and how the links on this site work. When you have a parcel's worth of finds in mind, the Joyagoo Spreadsheet sorts them by category; t-shirts and shorts make an easy first parcel because they fold small.
