Joyagoo Spreadsheet: Questions and Answers

Short answers about ordering through Joyagoo with the Joyagoo Spreadsheet: fees, payments, shipping and coupons. Placing your first order? How to buy runs through it in sequence.
- Put simply, a Joyagoo spreadsheet is a list of product links that open directly in Joyagoo, so you can order an item without first tracking it down on Weidian or Taobao. The name comes from the shared Google Sheets the community started with. This one is a website instead: 2200+ Joyagoo finds sorted into categories and brand pages, every item priced in USD and linked to its Joyagoo page by ID.
- Yes, it is operating. The service renamed itself from JoyaBuy to Joyagoo in 2025 and carried on at joyagoo.com. What helps more than a yes is knowing where your money sits: you pay for the item first, Joyagoo buys and stores it, and you pay nothing for international shipping until you have seen the intake photos and packed a parcel. Shipping insurance can be added to a parcel to cover loss or damage. For other buyers' experiences, read recent reviews on Trustpilot and posts in the r/JoyaGoo subreddit before a large first order.
- Yes, it is one service under a new name. JoyaBuy rebranded as Joyagoo, and since 31 March 2025 the JoyaBuy domain and every link pointing at it have been dead. Your old account came with it, so sign in on joyagoo.com with the same details. Old spreadsheets full of joyabuy links now lead nowhere; every link on joyagoospreadsheet.gg uses the current Joyagoo format.
- A new Joyagoo account receives a pack of shipping coupons worth 1,200 CNY in total. They apply to the international shipping fee only, never to the price of the goods, and coupons can't be stacked, so you use one per parcel and keep the rest for later shipments. You choose the coupon when you pay for a parcel; the terms of each one are listed in your account. Create a Joyagoo account to receive the pack.
- It depends on the line, and the clock starts when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Joyagoo's own guide puts air lines at about 10–20 days, rail at 40–60 days and sea at 45–85 days. DHL express sits at the quick end; postal lines such as GD-EMS and GD-EUB, and Joyagoo's Europe, USA and UK lines, vary by destination. Add the seller's dispatch time and the warehouse's packing time on top.
- Joyagoo charges no agent service fee. You pay for three things: the item, the seller's delivery within China to the warehouse, and international shipping for your parcel. Anything else is opt-in: a set of close-up photos is $0.22 a shot, a $3 rehearsal pack tells you the real parcel weight in advance, and keeping items past the free 90 days costs 10 CNY for each extra 30 days. Shipping is the cost that moves most, because it follows weight, box size and which line carries it.
- Usually one of two reasons. First, volumetric weight: on most lines, once any side of the package reaches 60 cm, the charge is worked out from length × width × height ÷ 6000 instead of the scale, so a bulky box costs more than it weighs. Second, the estimate comes before packing; if the finished parcel is heavier, Joyagoo asks you to pay the difference before it ships. Rehearsal packing ($3) weighs the packed parcel before you choose a line, and the Remove Packaging option keeps boxes from adding size.
- Between three and seven free pictures of every item, taken as it is booked into the warehouse; the community calls these QC photos. Alongside them, staff note whether colour and size match your order and whether anything is damaged. Unclear picture? A re-shoot is free. Paid close-ups, up to 20 per item, cost $0.22 apiece and suit things like a seam, a sole edge or a buckle. Electronics are inspected by eye only and are not powered on. The photos appear on the order in your Joyagoo account.
- 90 days free, counted from the day an item reaches Stored in Warehouse. After that, each extra 30 days costs 10 CNY. A parcel that has been submitted but not paid for is held for 30 days. Items left past their storage period may be disposed of, so set a reminder if you are building a haul slowly.
- Most buyers pay by card, but the list is long. Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, Skrill. Poland: BLIK, Przelewy24 and PayU, all in złoty. Elsewhere in Europe: iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Multibanco and MyBank. Brazil: PIX. Prepaid: Neosurf. PayPal is offered, but not for orders from branded shops. If a payment fails, add funds to your Joyagoo balance with a method that works and pay from there.
- Measure rather than guess. Lay a garment you own flat, measure chest width and length (or the insole for shoes), and compare those numbers with the seller's size chart on the listing; sizing differs from seller to seller, so trust the chart over your usual letter. If you sit between two sizes, say so in the remarks box when you order.
- Only where the seller allows it, and only briefly: the request has to go in within 5 days of the item showing Stored in Warehouse. Joyagoo charges around $0.75 to handle it, and you also pay the freight back to the seller, about $3 a product all in. Anything made to order or personalised is excluded. That short window is the reason to look at your intake photos as soon as they appear.
- Sellers price in CNY, and the USD figure on each card is a converted reference. Exchange rates move, sellers edit their prices, and some variants, such as a larger size or another colour, cost more than the base listing. The price on Joyagoo's product page is what you pay for the item; international shipping is billed later, per parcel.
- The Joyagoo button on each card takes you to the item on joyagoo.com by its Weidian ID, with our referral code attached. If you then register a new Joyagoo account in the same browser, the code fills the invite field and Joyagoo pays this site a share of that account's international shipping fees. Your prices are the same either way, and if you already have an account nothing changes for you.
- Yes. Joyagoo reads product links from Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian directly: drop one into its search and you get the same kind of page our cards open. Sellers who trade through Xianyu, Yupoo albums or WeChat have no link Joyagoo can read, and that is what DIY Order is for: you describe the item and the seller by hand. The buying guide covers both routes.
- No. JoyagooSpreadsheet.gg is a catalog: no checkout, no stock, and it never takes a payment. Buying, storage and shipping all happen on Joyagoo, between you, Joyagoo and the seller. Browsing here is free and needs no account.
