Leather from a warehouse photo
Leather is the material where photos tell you most and where people look least. In Joyagoo's intake set, check that the grain is consistent across each panel, that there are no scuffs or creases from storage, and that edges are painted or turned smoothly. On a high-top, look at the side zip and the stitching around the toe.
The fur Geobasket adds a second material to inspect: the fur should be evenly attached, with no thin or matted patches. Ask for a $0.22 detailed photo if the free set only shows the shoe from a distance.
High-tops come in tall boxes. If a pair is going out with hoodies or cargos, consolidate everything in the warehouse and get a rehearsal pack before choosing a shipping line, because a tall box can tip a parcel into volumetric pricing.
